My Story
food has always been a precious commodity to me and my preferred source of comfort. I remember being a kid who found most of her happiness through food, especially junk food. And as appealing and promising the extreme diets seemed, they never stuck. In March 2019, I began my journey to a healthier, fitter, and most importantly, happier lifestyle that I genuinely love living. My journey has been a rollercoaster ride of trials, many errors, and even a collection of small milestones along the way, eventually leading to more than I ever expected to gain. One thing that I learned throughout this journey was that consistency is key. “Begin with the end in mind”. Throughout my journey, I was determined to cut down my calorie intake, consume less sugars and indulge in slower carbs and more nutritious foods that I will be sharing with you all through this page!
